So easy to give in and tell yourself "why not" or "why bother"

Before you know it your bad habits start to return and your old ways of reacting to stressful situations is like switching on an automatic default button.

You can choose to continue to tell yourself ‘why not’ or ‘why bother’

Take your emotion out of it, recognise old patterns returning, realise it's only a reaction to a situation, then pick up from where you left off

It's ok to have set backs, you're never a failure - you're only human...it's what we do next and the action we take is what creates a successful transformation.
