Why do you like coming to Beach ICE?

It's a great way to wake up in the morning and start the day. It's such a brilliant group of motivating and supporting people. Beach workouts are always varied....and you just can't beat the location....perfect start to any day!

What’s your favourite exercise?

Anything in the water (particularly this time of the year), sand dunes and army cranks.

Least Favourite?

Rocking abs....actually anything that focuses on the abs....it takes me almost til midday to recover from the spasms!

Why would you recommend Beach ICE to others?

It's a great start the day, it's nice and early and doesn't interfere with the rest of the day....there's really no excuse not to come. It becomes an addiction.

Any advice you can give to others considering joining?

Just start....and understand that everyone there are all supportive....there's no competition. All abilities and fitness levels are catered for and no one ever feels left out or left behind.
