"Best way to start the day with a great group of people - feels so weird if you happen to miss a session - it becomes a part of your life."

Since starting Beach ICE sessions, what's the biggest thing you've noticed?
I'm now more of a morning person lol.- I feel better getting up early. I've also noticed I'm gradually getting stronger.

What's your favourite exercise?
I don't have a favourite but I do like the ones that focus on the strength components like push ups etc.

Least favourite?
I don't want to say cause you'll make us do it haha...Katrina and the girls told me to say chocolate, more chocolate, coffee and red wine lol

Why do you like coming to Beach ICE ?
It makes me pro-active in the morning...I notice I struggle through the day if I miss a session. I like meeting a wide range of people, cause we're all very different...and it's fun...because there's so many of us, there's always someone else feeling the same as you do on the day - there's times you may not be feeling that energised in the morning but you're bound to find someone else there on the morning feeling the same as you so you help each other get through.

Any advice you can give to others?
Just do it...once you get into the routine you feel lost not doing it if you happen to miss a session...it really becomes a part of your life.
