Don't let setbacks be an excuse

If one way doesn't work, find another that will.....

Injuries, constant niggles and a body that has a mind of it's own at times isn't enough to stop this incredibly amazing lady to do what needs to be done in order to gain strength and mobility to help get through each day with minimal pain.

"Working with Alina on the FIRE strength training program has allowed me to gain more mobility and confidence in the way my body moves.

Following an accident that resulted in muscle loss to one of my legs, I needed functional strengthening exercises. Alina was quick to adapt and modify exercises to suit my limitations, all the while improving my range of movement and mental well-being.

Alina’s caring and encouraging approach, coupled with her all round knowledge has resulted in many positive changes for me.

As a coach, there is nothing more rewarding than seeing clients' achievements, but more importantly, it's the every day wins, highs and strengths that were once thought not possible (and ones that every day people take for granted) that means more than anything, I couldn't be any more prouder of this most amazing lady.
