'As a Software Developer who works from home, I spent a vast amount of time sitting at a desk staring at a screen, eating pretty much anything that I could get my hands on (quickly) for breakfast (yes I did eat breakfast) and lunch .
I had little to no idea about nutrition, over the fact that it is quite important (I knew that what you ate was more important than the exercise you did).
This last 12 weeks has really shapped my thinking about food & exercise (I've never done resistance training, and any cardio I did was more endurance based).
My blood preasure has now normalised for the first time in a very, very long time! That is something amazing that I never thought would happen!
In addition to the blood pressure, I have dropped 10Kg and have to wear a belt everywhere I go (otherwise I end up embarrassing myself and all those around me haha)'.
