Kirsten's Story

Meet Kirsten, a nurse, caring and always giving to others and typically putting herself last. Fighting years of yo-yo dieting and trying every diet out there, weight loss was becoming harder and harder. After completing her first Metabolic Precision 12 week program, Kirsten soon realised that her old eating habits of skipping meals and not eating enough only prolonged and sabotaged her desire in reaching her weight loss goals. Attaining this information and applying the changes into her second program soon saw Kirsten’s body shape starting to change and results from her hard work all started to come together and kick in….a whopping 2 dress sizes down!!
