Being an avid runner, not eating enough food and using cardio to help with weight loss, Liz was getting frustrated at not seeing results for all her hard work. Her solution was to do more cardio and eat less - result...getting more frustrated, not seeing results and not understanding why it's not working.....infact, Liz soon learnt that this approach slows the metabolism even further, making it extremely difficult to lose weight.

Starting her online nutrition coaching program, Liz soon discovered why her old methods weren't working. She soon learnt how to eat for successful fat loss through boosting her metabolism, eating more frequently and knowing what to eat and when. Combining this with the correct type of exercise soon saw her results improve out of sight.

"When I first spoke to Alina about trying to lose a little weight, I was surpised to hear that she thought I wasn't eating enough for the amount of exercise I was doing. It went against everything I had ever done before to put more food into my body in order to lose weight but I went for it and it worked. My metabolism increased and the excess weight began to go. I began to look at it as rewarding my body for all the hard work it was doing and because I was eating healthy but tasty food 5 times a day, I found I was not craving the sweet and savoury treats I was used to eating. I can't say that I have been 100% on board and have had days where I have "treat" myself but overall I am proud of the changes I have made. My clothes fit so much better than before and I am thrilled to have lost 4.5kgs"
