I'd been going to the gym previously for a number of years but it wasn't until I started with Alina that I learned the correct way to lift weights and how to train most effectively.

The ICE group training on the beach is also heaps of fun and everyone is very supportive of one another....my fitness levels have improved tremendously!
Alina's knowledge and encouragement has been of great benefit, and I'm pleased to call her my friend as well as my trainer. I look forward to continuing my fitness journey with her.
